We just celebrated our 7th birthday with a One-Minute Networking Event. We’ve grown our team from 2 to 10 in just the past four years. And we’re expanding our business operations into other markets that just make sense.
Humble beginnings for Tech Savvy
Like many businesses we work with, Tech Savvy began with a dream of helping others.
When we started in 2018, it was just our owner, Marty Wilke. Above all, Marty believed there was a better way of doing business—one that championed the customer, built on longstanding relationships.
As an experienced coder and programmer, Marty put his experience and exceptional knowledge to work. For example, one of the first was Buffalo Sports Garden. We helped the popular Buffalo sports bar condense 32 different TV boxes and remotes into one easy-to-use tablet.
Steady growth
Once a year had passed with steady business, Marty knew he’d found something worthwhile. He brought in Maria, his wife, to skillfully manage the operations with her corporate and business management backgrounds.
Soon after, they expanded into multiple technicians and moved to a more spacious location on Seneca Street in West Seneca. Clients can visit and see demonstrations anytime at the newly renovated shop.
Where we are now
Now, what was once a one-person show has expanded to a 10-person team with multiple avenues of expertise. From picture-perfect low voltage and structured cabling projects to stunning custom programs with Crestron.
We’ve stayed true to our roots, still providing exceptional customer service built on trust and mutual respect. And we’re proud of how we’ve helped WNY businesses simplify their technology with exceptional IT & AV systems.
